Dear Teacher,

I want to thank you for taking seriously and personally the obligation to make disciples by teaching your students to obey everything I have commanded you. (Matt 28:18-20) Itis important that your students learn of Me, for I am the way, the truth, and the life, and they cannot come to the Father unless they come through me. (John 14:6)

Teaching is hard work. Take comfort in the fact that I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth, and that I have given you this authority in my Word. Also know that I am always with you wherever you go, even to the very ends of the earth. (Matt 28:18-20)

Remind your students that if they love Me, they will obey my Word. Therefore, obedience and not biblical knowledge, is the goal of your teaching. As your students obey my Word, my Father and I will come and make our home with them. (John 12:23-24)

Remember, you teach that your students will learn more from what you do than what you say. If your students see Me when you minister to them, they will be drawn to Me, (John 12:32) and when you show them you are living in obedience to my Word, I will reveal Myself to you in a deeper and fuller way. (John 14:21)

To those of you who mister to children remember, when I was with you, I laid my hands on little children and prayed for them and blessed them. (Matt 9:13-14; Mark 10:16) I remind you that the kingdom of heaven belongs to ones who come to Me in child-like faith. (Matt 19:13-14) Moreover, whoever welcomes a child in my name, not only welcomes Me, but welcomes my Father as well. (Mark 9:36-37) Do not grow weary in ministering to these little ones, for their guardian angels in heaven always have the attention of my Father in heaven. (Matt 18:10)

Remember that not all will her your words, just as the multitude deserted Me and fled. (John 15:20) Your duty is to proclaim My Word and to be obedient to the task I have given you. (1 Corinthians 4:2) Remember that My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me. I give them eternal life and they will never perish; no one can snatch them out of My han. My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father’s hand. (John 10:27-29)

Finally, I tell you, open your eyes and look at the fields! They are ripe for harvest. Even now the reaper draws his wage, even now he harvests the crop for eternal life, so that the sower and the reaper may be glad together. Thus, the saying One sows, and another reaps is true. I sent you to reap what you have not worked for. Others have done the hard work and you have reaped the benefits of their labor. (John 4:35-38) Go forth and sow, plant and pray and I will bring the harvest.

Love, Jesus
